DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Integration Weeks 2024\, a unique opportunity to discover our community\, meet new friends\, and take part in exciting activities. Don’t miss this chance to fully integrate and enjoy an unforgettable experience.\nTwo weeks of French classes and Belgian culture before the academic year !\n\n\nYou are an exchange student and you are coming to Belgium in one of our member institutions. \nDuring academic year\, the Pôle académique de Namur will organise a cultural integration program (2 weeks) to facilitate your integration in our region and to start your stay in the best conditions. \nYou will have two weeks of languages classes (French or English) and an introduction to Belgian culture\, food and heritage before your academic year : \n\nFrench or English classes : 40 hours spread over two weeks (French-speaking students participate in English classes and English-speaking students participate in French classes) ;\nCultural activities in and around Namur region ;\nExcursion to Brussels ;\nSocial events.\n\nThe whole program represents 3 ECTS. First day\, you will have to sign a charter. \nPublic\nThese Integration Weeks are accessible to all incoming exchange students to any of the Pôle académique de Namur member institutions. \nPratical details\n\nRegistration : CLOSED\nWhen : 02 to 13 September 2024\nCost : The participation fees are paid by your institution in BelgiumIn case of cancellation of your registration\, your host institution reserves the right to claim the participation fee for the day ! (no later than 17th August !)\nIf you can’t be present for an activity\, inform your responsable of your host institution and the accompanist of the activity.\n\nImportant\n\n\nIf you are staying in the city of Namur for the next few months\, you will have to go through administrative procedures. As soon as you arrive\, you have 8 days to go to the City Hall of Namur to register. So rapidly contact the City Hall to make an appointment ! Click here to make an appointment. Therefore\, we offer you this document to help you when you arrive. Document in English / Document en français\nTake all your original documents in paper format !
